Behind the scenes is owner and operator Lisa Nicholson. Lisa is of Unagan (Aleut), German, and Russian decent. Born and raised in Alaska she is familiar with the unique technology needs of Alaskan communities.

  • Highly experienced in remote technical support, building cybersecurity programs, Incident Response and Management, e-Disovery, IT education and training, Backup and Disaster Recovery planning and implementation, infrastructure design, server maintenance and monitoring, and email security.
